Fatima Dayo
Associate Director fatima.faculty@aror.edu.pkFatima Dayo serves as the Associate Director of Aror Learning Institute, where she spearheads initiatives in faculty development, curriculum innovation, and educational excellence. An accomplished educator and academic leader with extensive experience in higher education, teacher training, and instructional design, she is dedicated to advancing excellence in higher education through transformative professional development, collaborative learning, and research-informed educational practices.
Sorath Memon
Program Coordinator program.coordinator@aror.edu.pkSorath Memon is an education professional with a strong academic background and diverse experience in teaching and academic coordination. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Sukkur IBA University and an M.Phil. in Pakistan Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. In her professional journey, she has served as a Lecturer in Pakistan Studies at the Government Elementary College of Education, adopted by Durbeen, where she contributed to teacher education and academic development. Currently, she is working as a Program Coordinator at the Aror Learning Institute (ALI), Aror University Sukkur, where she supports academic initiatives, faculty development, and program implementation in collaboration with the LUMS Learning Institute.
Shafaq Shahzad
Training Coordinator training.coordinator@aror.edu.pkShafaq is a passionate education professional with over eight years of experience in teaching, training, and academic coordination. She holds an M.Phil. in Education from Sukkur IBA University and currently serves as the Training Coordinator at Aror Learning Institute. As an alumna of the Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program at the University of Nebraska Omaha, USA, she brings an international perspective to her work. Shafaq has collaborated with several esteemed organizations, including the Regional English Language Office (RELO) and the British Council, contributing to impactful teacher training and youth development initiatives across Sindh. Her work reflects a strong commitment to empowering educators, enhancing instructional quality, and fostering innovation in education.
