Program Introduction
The Women Empowerment and Mentorship Program (WEMP) is a structured faculty support initiative introduced in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to promote women empowerment, leadership development, and professional growth within higher education institutions.
The program is designed to create a supportive mentoring environment where women faculty and staff members are guided by experienced mentors to enhance their academic, professional, and leadership capacities. Through mentoring relationships, structured guidance, and institutional support, WEMP aims to strengthen confidence, career progression, and active participation of women in academic leadership and decision-making roles.
