How to Teach Gen Z: Faculty Development Session at Aror University
As part of the partnership between Aror University and the LUMS Learning Institute (LLI) to establish the Aror Learning Institute (ALI), a faculty development session titled "How to Teach Gen Z" was organized for the faculty of Aror University.
The session was conducted by Dr. Jawad Syed, Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the Suleman Dawood School of Business, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). The interactive session explored the characteristics, learning preferences, and engagement strategies for teaching Generation Z students, equipping faculty members with practical approaches to create more meaningful and effective learning experiences.
The session was attended by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, along with Dean, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and Aror Learning Institute (ALI) staff, reflecting the University`s strong commitment to teaching excellence and continuous professional development.
