Professional Development Milestone: Faculty Complete ISD Training
As part of the ongoing partnership between the Aror Learning Institute (ALI) and the LUMS Learning Institute (LLI), faculty members from Aror University successfully completed the Instructional Skills Development (ISD) training held from 27–31 July 2026 under the Second Cohort of the Faculty Certificate in Teaching and Learning (FCTL).
The five-day intensive training focused on strengthening participants` instructional competencies through learner-centered teaching approaches, practical classroom strategies, and evidence-based pedagogical practices. The program aimed to enhance teaching effectiveness and promote engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences in higher education.
ALI congratulates all participating faculty members on successfully completing the training and appreciates their commitment to continuous professional development. We look forward to witnessing the positive impact of their enhanced teaching practices in classrooms across Aror University.
