Shoukat Ali Abbasi is a seasoned People Management professional with over 15 years of experience in higher education and development sectors, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sindh, Pakistan. He has previously held senior HR leadership positions at Sukkur IBA University, where he led strategic initiatives in HR planning, policy formulation, workforce development, and digital transformation through ERP-based systems. Mr. Abbasi holds an MSc in Human Resource Management (Distinction) from the University of Sussex, UK, and an MSc in Public Administration from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. His professional expertise spans strategic HR management, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership training, contributing to building effective, progressive, and high-performing academic institutions.
Sorath Memon is an education professional with a strong academic background and diverse experience in teaching and academic coordination. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Sukkur IBA University and an M.Phil. in Pakistan Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. In her professional journey, she has served as a Lecturer in Pakistan Studies at the Government Elementary College of Education, adopted by Durbeen, where she contributed to teacher education and academic development. Currently, she is working as a Program Coordinator at the Aror Learning Institute (ALI), Aror University Sukkur, where she supports academic initiatives, faculty development, and program implementation in collaboration with the LUMS Learning Institute.
Shafaq is a passionate education professional with over eight years of experience in teaching, training, and academic coordination. She holds an M.Phil. in Education from Sukkur IBA University and currently serves as the Training Coordinator at Aror Learning Institute. As an alumna of the Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program at the University of Nebraska Omaha, USA, she brings an international perspective to her work. Shafaq has collaborated with several esteemed organizations, including the Regional English Language Office (RELO) and the British Council, contributing to impactful teacher training and youth development initiatives across Sindh. Her work reflects a strong commitment to empowering educators, enhancing instructional quality, and fostering innovation in education.
