Receiving Feedback and Reflective Teaching Practice
Day three primarily focused on the importance of receiving feedback as a core element of
professional growth in teaching and learning. Participants explored feedback frameworks that
promote reflection, self-awareness, and continuous improvement, with particular emphasis on
how educators can effectively interpret and utilize feedback to enhance their instructional
practices. The sessions highlighted the role of a feedback-rich classroom culture in fostering
meaningful dialogue and learner development. The day also included microteaching sessions,
after which participants received structured feedback from peers and facilitators, enabling them
to reflect on their teaching approaches and refine the active learning and assessment strategies
introduced in earlier sessions.
